Ready Sit Go Dog Training
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ready Sit Go Dog Training (“Trainer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).
Trainer agrees to provide dog training services to Client pursuant to the selected training program (the “Program”).
The Program includes:
Individual instruction to Client regarding training methods
Guidance on proper handling and communication with the dog
One electronic training collar and transmitter (the “Equipment”), when included in the selected Program
Instruction on the proper and safe use of the Equipment
Client understands that Trainer provides instruction and guidance only. Client remains fully responsible for the handling, control, and management of the dog at all times.
All training sessions are scheduled by appointment.
Client is responsible for contacting Trainer to schedule sessions at:

Sessions may be conducted privately or in small group settings, depending on the Program selected.
Missed or canceled sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited at Trainer’s discretion.
Client acknowledges that:
Dog training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury to persons or damage to property.
Client is solely responsible for the dog’s behavior at all times.
Trainer does not assume control of the dog during or outside of sessions.
Client agrees to:
Maintain proper physical control of the dog during all sessions
Follow all training instructions provided by Trainer
Use the Equipment only as instructed
Never leave the Equipment on the dog unattended or overnight
If the dog has a history of aggression, Client agrees to use appropriate safety tools, including a muzzle when directed, and to avoid situations that could pose unnecessary risk.
Client assumes full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the dog.
Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trainer from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
The dog’s behavior
The use or misuse of the Equipment
Participation in training sessions
Client understands that:
Every dog has a unique temperament.
Results depend heavily on Client’s consistency, follow-through, and ability to apply the training.
No specific outcomes or behavioral guarantees are promised.
At the conclusion of private sessions, Client may be asked to demonstrate the skills taught during training.
If Client is dissatisfied within the first 30 days of the initial lesson, Client must notify Trainer in writing. Upon timely notice, training fees paid may be refunded at Trainer’s discretion.
Client grants Trainer permission to photograph and/or video training sessions.
Client authorizes Trainer to use images or recordings of Client and the dog for educational, promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes without compensation.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total training fee is due prior to delivery of Equipment or commencement of instruction.
The remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the first lesson.
Returned Checks:
A $50 fee will be assessed for any returned check.
Training services will be suspended until all outstanding balances and fees are paid in full.
If collection efforts become necessary, Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.
